I only offer wholesale opportunities. If you or someone you know would be interested in selling Mod Mami products in a store, please fill out the Wholesale application by clicking on the wholesale application link at the bottom of the homepage.

What if I need my Mod Mami product repaired? TOP

Mod Mami customers will have 1 year from the date of purchase to mail the product back for repair at no cost. Customer will be responsible for the shipping to return the product for repair. I will repair your product and ship it back to you at my expense.

What shipping options do you offer? TOP

All domestic USA orders will be shipping via USPS.

Overseas orders or Canada orders will ship either USPS international or via UPS.

What is the turnaround time? TOP
Most Mod Mami orders have a turnaround time of 14 days not including weekends or holidays.

If you need order to arrive by a certain date, please choose the RUSH ORDER option under Go Shopping > All Products. This would bring your order to priority status.

Then you would need to determine if you need Express Mail (2 DAY) shipping and choose that shipping option.
